1. What Trevio Does

Trevio helps users plan city trips by turning selected places into route-based day plans with timing, maps, travel estimates, opening-hour checks, saved trips, Follow mode and Travel Passport memories.

Trevio is a planning tool. It does not guarantee that every place, route, opening hour, travel time, ticket rule, price, availability or external service result is accurate or up to date.

You should verify important details before you go, including opening hours, tickets, reservations, transport options, weather, safety conditions and local rules.

2. Free Saved Trips

Trevio allows users to save 3 trips for free.

A free saved trip is counted only when a new trip is successfully saved.

Generating an itinerary, editing a trip, changing transport mode, changing stop order, changing stop duration, adding custom stops, promoting optional stops, or re-saving an existing trip does not consume another free saved trip.

Deleting a saved trip does not restore a free saved trip credit.

Existing saved trips remain available even if you have used all free saved trips.

3. Trevio Plus

Trevio Plus unlocks unlimited new saved trips.

Trevio Plus may be offered as:

• A monthly subscription.
• A yearly subscription.
• A lifetime unlock.

An active monthly or yearly subscription unlocks unlimited new saved trips while the subscription is active.

A lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited new saved trips for the Apple ID used for purchase, subject to App Store rules and availability.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Refunds, billing issues and subscription cancellation are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

5. Restore Purchases

If you previously purchased Trevio Plus, you can use Restore Purchases in the app to restore eligible purchases associated with your Apple ID.

6. Existing Trips After Subscription Cancellation

If your subscription ends, you can still view existing saved trips.

Creating new saved trips beyond the free limit requires an active Trevio Plus subscription or lifetime unlock.

7. External Services and Estimates

Trevio uses external services and algorithms to estimate routes, travel times, opening hours, weather and place information.

This information may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable or incorrect.

Trevio is not responsible for missed reservations, closed venues, transport delays, route changes, weather disruptions, safety issues, ticket issues or costs caused by relying only on app estimates.

Always verify important travel details independently.

8. User Content

You are responsible for any custom stops, notes or photos you add to Trevio.

Do not add unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

Trevio does not claim ownership of your personal notes or photos.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Trevio, attempt to disrupt the app, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, abuse external services, bypass purchase restrictions, or use Trevio for unlawful purposes.

10. Availability

Trevio may change, pause or discontinue features at any time.

Some features depend on third-party services and may be unavailable due to network issues, API limits, provider outages, configuration issues, regional restrictions or other factors outside Trevio's control.

11. Limitation of Liability

Trevio is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trevio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, travel disruption, lost bookings, missed visits, financial loss or other damages resulting from use of the app.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
